PROJECT 001 — VISION

VISION is Interlude’s debut project: a micro short dance film on the evolution of an idea from concept to realization. By using both film and digital format to showcase the transition from thought to thing, the piece oscillates between the manifestation of an idea and its initial conception.

The theta state of creation is amplified through the considered curation of color, texture and sound —intended to evoke feelings of catharsis through the film’s dreamlike haze.

This dreamy piece highlights dancers as sculptural works of art, brought to life through the film’s gallery scenes where dancers are poised alongside ceramic vessels to mimic art on display.
